Summer camps provide lifelong memories for kids and there’s a plethora of reasons why summer camps are good. These reasons include: self-esteem building, trying new things and thus learning new skills, social development and so much more. Luckily, summer camps are back in person and the Lake Country has lots to offer.
Read moreEvery child under the age of five in a participating community is eligible for the program. No group is favored or stigmatized by being part of the program. Children may be registered at birth, or at any age between birth and five years. Regardless of age, the first book is “The Little Engine That Could” and the graduation book is “Look Out Kindergarten Here I Come!” when the child turns 5.
