Josie Mae McMullen passed away on October 4, 2020.

Graveside Services were held on Friday, October 09, 2020 at Pleasant Grove Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. Elder Donald Tuft, Officiated.

Mrs. Josie Mae Farley McMullen, daughter of the late Roy Farley and Thelma Williams Farley, was born September 6, 1943, in Eatonton, GA. She was united in Holy Matrimony to Mr. Arthur McMullen. Sister Josie received her education at Butler Baker School. She accepted the Lord as her personal savior at an early age at Pleasant Grove Primitive Baptist Church, where she served as mother of the church. She retired from the Putnam County School System. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Roy Lee and Bobby Lewis Farley, and two sisters, Peggy Sue Key and Brenda Louise Napier.

She leaves to mourn her crossing over: her beloved husband, Mr. Arthur McMullen; children, Bruce McMullen (Linda), Eric McMullen, and Justine McMullen; two grandchildren, Kimore McMullen and Ebony Rowell; four sisters, Ocie Reid, Shirley Yarbrough, Darlene Styles, and Ascelene Bailey (Johnny); three brothers, Sidney (Lois), Clarence (Inese), and Eddie Farley (Intha); two sisters-in-law, Rose McMullen and Glady Jones; one brother-in-law, Joe Lewis (Mary McMullen); and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
