Mrs. Margaret “Peggy” Fuller was born July 17, 1938, the firstborn daughter of William and Annette Paschal of Eatonton. Surrounded by family, she was ruptured July 13, 2021 after a brief illness. Many winks from God have occurred since her passing to give signs she is in the presence of her Lord!
Peggy graduated from Putnam County High School in 1956. She kept her classmates close to her heart throughout her life. Those friendships were greatly cherished. After graduation, Peggy attended Massey Business School, where she met and maintained lifelong friendships. Upon completion, she went to work with Sears and Roebucks headquarters on Ponce De Leon in Atlanta. Peggy traveled that road for 26 years until closure occurred in 1989.
Peggy was a devoted mother of three boys. She was very active and committed to always participating in activities of their lives whether it be sporting events or riding motorcycles. She never missed out on any of it. She was an active, driving force in her family’s life, her church, Liberty Chapel and her community.
On Saturday, July 17, 2021, family and lifelong friends filled the sanctuary of Liberty Chapel to say goodbye to a true matriarch. Peggy loved her church, loved praising The Lord and sharing his message with others. She loved working in her yard, moving her rocks and planting her flowers. Her greatest pride and joy was her grandchildren. She loved attending their sporting events and never missed a game or event.
Peggy was a prayer partner to many. She could be counted on and would light the phone up to pray for people in her community. She loved the people of Putnam County and supported all with her love and prayers. She was a faithful Christian who will truly be missed here on earth.
Peggy is survived by her sons; Tim (and wife Emily) Fuller of Cochran, Todd (and wife Wendy) Fuller and Tony Fuller both of Eatonton, grandchildren; Tristan Fuller, Tanner Fuller, Sara Gray Fuller, Treg Corner, Harlie Corner and Hunter Harrison, sisters; Dot (and husband George) Peckinpaugh and Rosa Sides, as well as several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Peggy Fuller at The Peoples Bank of Eatonton to assist with final expenses
