Dear Editor,
We have now officially had ugly orange cones in the streets of Eatonton longer than we have had Covid. As a resident of this lovely town I am sick of seeing them AND I feel that the company that has given us these cones on such a protracted basis should be subjected to some sort of monetary punishment for the ridiculous amount of time we have dealt with them.
On a similar subject in last weeks paper Mayor Reid suggested we take advantage of a grant that will be available and use it for resurfacing more roads/sidewalks in town. PLEASE NO!!!!! Let’s get one problem solved before jumping in to another one.
One other thing, I am investing in ugly orange barrels, just want to make the city aware for our next round of “improvements.”
