Horace Harper, Sr., 90 passed away on Thursday, June 2, 2022. He was born on January 24, 1932 to the late George Irvin Harper and Annie Haley Harper. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church, and lived in Eatonton for 87 years. He had seven siblings, and owned several businesses.
