This is in response to the full-page notice regarding the Big Mess on Old Phoenix Road on March 9 (in The Eatonton Messenger and Lake Oconee News).
I agree that the photos in the paper are a snapshot of the temporary process to install multiple fiberoptic cables on easements permitted by the Putnam County government for such use...
