Dear Editor,
Due to personal and family health reasons, I am announcing I will not be actively continuing my candidacy for the Chairmanship of the Putnam County Board of Commissioners.
Unfortunately, as much as I love my county and my fellow citizens, I have a much deeper love and obligation to my wife and family. As her illnesses continue to progress, I must now focus all my attention and resources…
