Charles Trumbo is that new leadership. He’s for moving forward for Putnam County. Right now, when you come to Eatonton/Putnam County it’s like taking a step back in time. Let’s step into the future with Charles Trumbo!
Terri Jones Putnam County Resident/Taxpayer We need change in Putnam County and we need it now. This will require a new chairman. If you keep electing the same representatives, we will end up remaining the way we are. Stagnant. I believe in the people of this county and I know we can do better.
I’m giving my support to Charles Trumbo. He listens and wants the best for every citizen in this county. I’ve had a few conversations with him. Get to know him. You still have time. Leadership like Bill Sharp has been in there for years, why would it change now under him?

Charles is an alumnus of Georgia Military College, where I serve as president. Charles serves on our alumni association board of directors and is very involved and motivated to bring positivity and bright new ideas to our college.
I personally wrote Charles on official three-star lieutenant general army stationary stating this, “I am so excited you are venturing into politics—you are exactly what our nation needs. GO GET THEM! Respectfully, Bill.”
If given the chance, there is no doubt in my mind that Charles will do a sensational job leading the citizens of Putnam County to success.

Time to change the “Old guard!” I am glad to see fresh blood in leadership like Trevor Addison as our county clerk and Courtney Andrews as the zoning coordinator. It’s time for something new on our board of commissioners and it starts with the chairman.
Lu Feldman We need change! I have been in Eatonton for over 60 years and have seen a lot. One thing that has been the same is our government leaders.
I quite frankly as a taxpayer and resident of Putnam County am tired of the way our county is being run. What is our tax dollars really going towards? Our grass around our county is very tall but if you visit other counties that border us, you don’t see that problem.
We definitely need change and I support Charles Trumbo for the board of commissioners chair. A new direction is needed. I have had conversations with that man and he seems like he can be a good addition to Putnam County.
