Allied Arts in Milledgeville hosted its first exhibit of the year featuring hand-made quilts from the Lake Oconee Quilt Guild.
“The quilts displayed are based on challenges set by the guild,” said Cookie Noel, a member of the Lake Oconee Quilt Guild member. “Our members take off from the guidelines to create something unique and fitting. Quilts receive awards based on the challenge.”
