The Lake Oconee Area Builders Association (LOABA) will present The Big Event on March 18, a free, one-day festival featuring 144 exhibitors, including local home builders, remodelers, suppliers, and many other companies associated with the home-and-garden industry, such as property appraisers, mortgage providers, pest control, tradespeople, and more.
