Lake Oconee Eye Care in Greensboro recently recognized the retirement of Pam Wells after 15 years with the practice, as well as the five-year anniversary of customer service and insurance specialist Brittany Wilkison.
“Pam has been our most senior employee since we started our practice in 2000,” Dr. John Titak said. “Our patients have come to know Pam as the most caring and kind face at check-out after each annual eye exam. We wish Pam the absolute best as she enters into her retirement and thank her for her many years of service.”
Both employees were treated to a shopping trip to Greensboro Jewelers in downtown Greensboro for a piece of jewelry to honor and commemorate their service and time with the company.
“Brittany works with our patients every day to make sure they feel like family and are taken care of throughout the entire experience while in our office,” Dr. Titak added. “We are proud to have Brittany as part of our team and look forward to celebrating her next milestone here at Lake Oconee Eye Care Vision Source.”
