Theonie Alicandro, chief operations officer and general counsel for the Drew Company, said it all started in October 2022 when a request for proposal (RFP) notice crossed her desk in Boston. The RFP came courtesy of the Putnam Development Authority (PDA), describing the 102-year-old Hotel Eatonton on South Madison Avenue and seeking outside interest in the structure.
