Congratulations are in order for Putnam County Sheriff’s Office’s two K9 officers; both of whom earned awards at the 14th Annual South Georgia K9 Seminar, Nov. 13-16 in Perry. The annual seminar, hosted by the Dooly County Sheriff’s Office, provides training and certification for K9s and their handlers as well as opportunities to prove what they’ve learned in scenario-based competitions between…
