A “Yes” vote for SPLOST 10 on Nov. 4, is a given for me, given that last year’s attempt was not successful, mainly due to the attached bond issue and inadequate details about how the money would be used.
A “Yes” vote for the Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax, one cent for every dollar spent, would collect about $45 million for Putnam County over the next six years.
