Mrs. Annie Jo Taylor Griffith, age 77, passed away Thursday, August 26, 2026 in a Covington hospital. Memorial services were held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, September 1, 2026 in the chapel of Williams Funeral Home of Eatonton. The family received friends from 1:00 PM until the service time.
Mrs. Griffith was born on December 18, 1948 in Dublin, GA to the late Wallace George and Elsie Davis Taylor.
She loved her family and enjoyed spending as much time as she could with grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also loved to take log car rides. She was preceded in death by her sister Dianne Swan.
Mrs. Griffith is survived by her husband Jack Griffith, daughters Jackie Doster (and husband Scott), and Lynn Gibbs (and husband Tony), grandchildren Nicholas Gibbs (and wife Kendall), Bryce Gibbs (and wife Rachel), Brittini Corneck (and husband Austin), Bud Doster (and wife Kassadie), Landen Doster, Kendal Doster, sister Nell Durden, as well as 9 great grandchildren.
