As the Rotary Club of Greene and Putnam Counties’ major fundraiser, funds raised through the 2023 Super Raffle are especially important to Rotary and the various elements of the community it supports. In addition, more than 200 K-4th graders go home every Friday during the school year with a small nutritious meal to ensure they have food available over the weekend. We also have partnered with several local churches and organizations to support Our Father’s Kitchen, a weekly soup kitchen at Greensboro First United Methodist Church.
Shoes 4 Kids– Our Rotary Club provides shoes, backpacks, and socks to underprivileged children in Greene and Putnam Counties two times a year. Annually, over 120 children receive new shoes and backpacks from the club.
