Henry Grady Leverette III, a third generation resident of Putnam County of nearly 75 years passed away November 25, 2022. Henry never spoke of or wished to live anywhere except Putnam County. He loved his community, family, friends and country.
He proudly served as a young man in the Vietnam War alongside others from Putnam County.
From early childhood to late adulthood, Henry’s tenacity for life never diminished. Stories will surely be told and shared for years to come. He will be missed most by his loving daughter deLacy but never forgotten by those he shared an infectious smile, a laugh or a lifetime of memorable moments.
