Jerry Brown 84 of Eatonton passed away on December 19, 2022. He was born in Woodruff, SC on December 18, 1938 to the late Walter Lee and Mae Brown. Jerry enjoyed playing his guitar and was the lead singer for the Generals, he also was active with his church, Marshall Memorial as a Deacon and Sunday School Teacher and loved fishing with his brothers.
The visitation was on Thursday, December 22, 2022 at Marshall Memorial from 12 noon to 1 pm followed by a service at 1 pm, interment was at Crestlawn Memorial Gardens after the service. Jerry is survived by his loving wife Shirley Brown, daughter Tracie Brown Hodges (Howard), son Kevin Lee Brown, sister Judy Martinson, grandchildren Airica (Nicholas Dimsdale), Mikaela Hodges, Tommy Hodges, great grandchildren Dylan Dimsdale, Bentley Hodges, Blakely Dimsdale.
Vining Ivy Hill Chapel was in charge of the arrangements.
