Mr. Phillip Edward Ethridge, Sr., age 76, passed away Thursday, Feb. 2, 2023. No services have been planned at this time.
Mr. Ethridge was born on Sept. 24, 1946, to the late Louis Edward Ethridge and the late Eleanor Reta Fontane Lawrence. He was a professional golfer. He loved his dog Rambo and was a member of the North Carolina Jaycees.
Mr. Ethridge is survived by his son Phillip (and wife Wendy) Ethridge, Jr., brother Robert (and wife Norma) Ethridge, sisters Deborah (and husband Barry) Howard, half-sister Louise (and husband Henry) Case, former loving wife Bogie Ethridge, granddaughter Cassie Taylor Ethridge, step-grandson Garrett Austin Pettis, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
