An Eatonton woman lost her life after a motor scooter crash, according to authorities.
The victim, Misty Renee Hunnicutt, 48, of Eatonton, was traveling along Wards Chapel Road around 8:30 p.m. on June 29. She apparently struck a deer approximately one-half mile past the Great Waters entrance, said Putnam County Sheriff Howard Sills.
