Margaret Withers, age 91, of Eatonton, formally of Cedartown, GA, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, July 20, 2024.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Withers, parents, Hosea Eugene Marbut and Mary Magaline Busby, and a daughter, Pamela Renee Bishop.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 22, 2024, at Vining Ivy Hill Chapel from 6 to 8 pm.
The funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at Vining Ivy Hill Chapel at 11 am. Burial was following the graveside service at Oak Grove Cemetery, Cedartown, at 4 pm.
She is survived by her daughters, Beth Linch (Charles) of Eatonton, Jennifer Carmichael (Shane Wilson) of Missouri, Faith Miller (Mark) of Cedartown, Hope Allred (Neal) of Alabama, and Charity Albritton of Germany, as well as 21 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren.
She loved her family and her Lord. She was feisty and fun-loving. She also loved to sing, and her favorites were Old-Time Gospel songs.
