Mark H. Cummings, 61, of Eatonton, GA, passed away Thursday, September 5, 2024.
Mark owned and operated Cummings Landscapes, Inc., serving Putnam County for over twenty years. He loved hunting, fishing, and the great outdoors and was a longtime member of a local hunting club.
Mark will be remembered by many for his courage, strength, kindness, and generosity. He often helped friends and strangers through their hardships.
He is survived by his only son, Christopher Cummings, of Eatonton, GA; sisters Sondra Smock of Lawrenceville, GA; Gail Hight of Greeneville, SC; and Tammy Banks of Homosassa, FL; his best friend Rusty Denham of Eatonton, GA; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Services will be private. Vining Ivy Hill Chapel was in charge of the arrangements.
