Mr. James Dennis Cooley, age 74, passed away on Monday, January 13, 2025, at his home in Putnam County.
Mr. Dennis was born to the late D.D. Cooley and the late Betty Jean Whitley Cooley on December 4, 1950, in Ocilla, GA. He worked for GA Power as a storekeeper. He loved horses and owned his own for 20 years. He was preceded in death by his stepson, Stephen Troy Burkette.
Mr. Dennis is survived by his wife, Sue Cooley, of Eatonton, and brothers Rudolph Cooley of Rebecca, GA, Richard Cooley of Warner Robins, Wayne Cooley of Fitzgerald, and Chris Cooley of Alabama.
