Cathy Jo Jerome, 67, of Eatonton, GA, passed away at home on October 12, 2025.
She was born April 11, 1958, in St. Paul, Minnesota, to Kenneth and Carol Stark.
In 1980, Cathy married William “Bill” Jerome in Denver, CO. She worked for A.G. Edwards for many years before raising her sons, operating a daycare, and finally working for Aurora Public Schools until her retirement in 2016.
She is survived by her husband, Bill, of Eatonton; her two sons Justin Jerome, with wife Susan Taylor, and Adam Jerome, with his fiancée Mikaela Whitman; her grandchildren Katherine Jerome and Oliver Jerome; her brother Douglas Stark, with his wife Brenda Stark, and their children Brandon Stark, Dylan Stark, and Emily McArdle; her uncle Richard Stark; her uncle Melvin Zinter with his wife, Judith, and their children, Susan Zinter, Chris Jordan, and Jessica Vickers.
She is predeceased by her brothers, Russell Stark and Steve Stark.

Cathy brought joy to all who knew her, and dedicated her time and energy to her family, friends, and communities, including Rangeview High School, Boy Scouts, Little League, and others. She will be dearly missed.
