Mrs. Finley was born July 12, 1942, in New York City, to the late William Murdoch and Gladys Carr Murdoch.
She had a passion for cooking and was known for preparing three meals a day—plus dessert. She also loved to shop, and her family fondly described her as having expensive taste and a love for driving Cadillacs.
Mrs. Finley was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, known for her big heart and endless patience.
She is survived by her husband, Jack Finley of Eatonton; her daughter, Cindy (Javier) Aguila of Miramar, Florida; her son, Jack Finley Jr. of Eatonton; and her daughter, Michelle (Ray) Pruitt of Lauderhill, Florida. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Laura Frost, Joey Cote, Dillon Aguila, Nicholas Morse, and Shelby Pruitt, as well as five great-grandchildren.
