Mr. Donald “Don” Jo Dashiell, age 88, passed away Saturday, May 20, 2023. Services were held at 2:00 PM Saturday, May 27, 2023, in the Chapel of Williams Funeral Home of Eatonton. The family received friends from 1:00 PM until the service time.
“Don” was born on December 31, 1934, to the late Jo Stark Dashiell and the late Ruth Marion Babbitt. He loved to fish. He was preceded in death by his wife Barbara Ann Leavitt Dashiell.
“Don” is survived by his sons Michael T. Dashiell of Eatonton, Donald J. Dashiell, Jr. of Shelby, MI, and Paul David Dashiell of Lawrenceville, grandchildren Sara Dashiell, Jasmine Dashiell, Brandy Dashiell, Tiffany Dashiell, Kristin Dashiell, Tony Dashiell, Lea Dashiell, and Lexi Dashiell, as well as 11 great-grandchildren.
