Linda Stewart, 76, of Eatonton, passed away on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at her residence, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on June 22, 1948, in Eatonton to the late Vernon and Mildred Little. Linda was a member of Harmony Baptist Church, and played the piano for over 40 years at Bethel Baptist Church in Monticello. Linda worked as a teller for Farmers & Merchants Bank for many years.
Linda loved angels, cats, and hummingbirds but especially loved to be with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th, at 1 p.m. at Harmony Baptist Church, followed by a service at 2 p.m., and burial was in the Church Cemetery after the service.
Linda is survived by her loving husband, William Stewart, son Watson Stewart & wife Paula, daughter Cathy Stewart, grandchildren Dalton Stewart and Behlyn Knowles, great-grandchildren Landon Stewart, Addison Stewart, Madelyn Knowles, and Mick Knowles.
Vining Ivy Hill Chapel was in charge of the arrangements.
