The Lake Oconee Area Builders Association (LOABA) has announced The Big Event, its free, one-day festival featuring local builders, trades, and other Lake Country businesses, will have a new home this year at Lake Oconee Church, 1101 Village Park Dr., Greensboro.

The Big Event, presented this past Saturday by the Lake Oconee Area Builders Association (LOABA), enjoyed clear skies with warm weather and great attendance at Lake Oconee Village alongside Vista Drive, south of Greensboro.

Luxury Lake Oconee Real Estate Group and Weidmann Remodeling partnered to sponsor the Lake Oconee Area Builders Association (LOABA) Christmas Outreach Drive with a $2,500 donation for local charities during the holiday season.

The 2023 Big Event, hosted by the Lake Oconee Area Builders Association (LOABA) took place Saturday at Lake Oconee Village, with 144 local exhibitors on hand. They included home builders, remodelers and building suppliers, among others involved in the construction industry.

Lake Oconee Area Builders Association (LOABA) invites everyone to save the date for The Big Event. This free one-day festival takes place on Saturday, March 18, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Lake Oconee Village at 1000 Vista Drive in Greensboro.
