Piedmont Water, Lake Country’s leading provider of water and wastewater services, celebrated the grand opening of its Customer Care and Learning Center on April 15.

Lake Country’s newest choral ensemble, the East Georgia Concert Chorale, will perform next month at Lake Oconee Lutheran Church to benefit The Victory Train.

The Oconee Performing Arts Society (OPAS) has announced the addition of a young, local musician to its presentation of “Rhapsody in Blue and The Music of George Gershwin” on April 25 at Greensboro’s historic Festival Hall.

Habitat Putnam receives $25K Publix Charities grant

Habitat for Humanity of Putnam County (HFHPC) announced last week that Publix Super Markets Charities has provided a $25,000 grant to support the construction of HFHPC Habitat Home No. 28 in Eatonton.
