GWM to present at GCSU O’Connor conference

The Flannery O’Connor Institute for the Humanities will host Sept. 12-15, Flannery O’Connor’s Second Century: Looking Forward, Looking Back, a comprehensive conference at Georgia College & State University in Milledgeville.

Waterway Soiree a big success

The Waterway Soiree’s “Livin’ La Vida Laka” welcome party had guests dancing to great music in Madison Friday night at Sixty-Two, with food and drinks from Mad Hospitality Group.

The Putnam County Family Connection Collaborative (PCFCC) held its monthly meeting on August 21 at The Plaza Arts Center in Eatonton.

Record Setter: Eatonton Expedition a huge success

With 829 tickets sold and 802 picked up at The Plaza Saturday morning, the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation’s Eatonton Expedition set a new all-time attendance record for the 51-year-old organization. Visitors arrived in Eatonton from seven states, with one couple traveling from Texas.
