‘Smokey and Me’ coming this month to The Plaza

As the story goes, Smokey Robinson, a living legend and one of the producers of “Motown: The Musical,” went backstage on the play’s opening night in New York to look for Charl Brown, the young actor who portrayed him in the show.

The members of Phoenix Homemakers of Eatonton have been providing a Santa's Secret Shop at the Putnam County Primary School to allow children who might not be able to get Christmas gifts for their parents or guardians to shop for those gifts.
