Movie Review: Wonka

This past weekend was about whimsical feelings and cheer, which is why my family and I went to see Wonka. Wonka is a movie showing the origins of the Wonka candy and factory that we all know.

Santa cruises for Christmas on Sinclair

On a chilly night on Dec. 18, Santa set out with a group of Lake Sinclair enthusiasts to see the enchanting Christmas Cove. From singing Christmas songs to playing “I Spy” with the attendees in Christmas Cove, the journey was full of laughter, music, and holiday cheer.

Eatonton Legion demonstrates Christmas spirit

Members of American Legion Post 583 in Eatonton traveled to Milledgeville Nov. 30 to attend the Georgia War Veterans Home (GWVH) Joy Shop, considered one of the most important events of the year for American Legion Legionnaires, Sons of the Legion, and the Legion Auxiliary.
