A gas main break Saturday on Imperial Mill Road had employees of several City of Eatonton departments scrambling to ensure the safety of everyone as they closed the road, issued evacuations, and worked to stop the gas leak.
No one was injured during the mishap and temporary repairs were completed within a few hours, officials said.
