Two more men have been arrested in connection with the shooting at the Waffle House in Eatonton on Monday, Oct. 28, bringing the total arrests to three, with more pending, Eatonton Police Chief Howell Cardwell said.

Family horse barn burns to ground

A local family lost not only their horse barn but also one of their horses to a fire last week.Owned by the Manley family, Manley Arena is well known in the equestrian world as the host of “The Oldest Barrel Race in Georgia,” according to its website.
