I love Putnam County. I would love it even more if everyone receiving County services was helping to pay for them. This County has property owners who pay $0.00 in property taxes. This is crazy in my opinion. If it’s necessary, set a minimum property tax. Some owners owe nothing after their homestead exemption is figured into the equation.
