PCFCC discusses updates for the FY25 annual plan

The Putnam County Family Connection Collaborative (PCFCC) held its monthly meeting on Feb. 28 at the Plaza Arts Center, where Georgia Family Connection Partnership (GaFCP) Regional Manager Adam Swymer welcomed new and returning members.

PCFC opens year with county data analysis

Family Connection continues plan for Putnam community

The Georgia Family Connection Partnership (GaFCP) held another community meeting on March 29, with 28 representatives of various charities, businesses and service organizations present. The meeting started by reviewing the amended FY24 Annual Plan proposal.
