The Putnam County Development Authority is moving forward on a marketing plan which will include a new logo, social media campaign and improvements to the county industrial parks. It comes just as neighboring cities and counties are angling to get a piece of the action from the increased interest in the area when the new Rivian Automotive plant is built in Rutledge.
