Eatonton police searching for two women

Authorities are searching for two more women believed to be connected to a shoplifting spree across east central, central, and northeastern Georgia.

The Eatonton Police Department is searching for Paris Nicole Glanton, 20, and Ja’Niyah Hearns, 19, of Hephzibah.

Eatonton Police Chief Howell Cardwell said Glanton and Hearns are suspects in a shoplifting incident at Eatonton’s Walmart on Dec. 15 in which five women loaded shopping carts with gaming computers, gaming chairs, gaming monitors, and other items totaling more than $1,900 and left the store without paying for them.

Eatonton police have already arrested Natasha Bush, Laylia Goetz, and Omala Goetz, who are in jail at the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, facing felony shoplifting charges.

Some of the women, along with a male, are also facing similar charges in Banks and Columbia counties, according to authorities.

Anyone who has seen Glanton or Hearns, or has information on their whereabouts, is asked to call the Eatonton Police Department at 706-485-3551.
